The way we work:
Initial assessment
After our initial meeting with your company, we make a comprehensive assessment of your existing network and your future requirements. With this, a project plan is compiled for the road ahead.
The project plan contains a list of any new hardware/software and infrastructure changes that you may require, what steps will be carried out by XS-PRO engineers, and any downtime your company is likely to experience. Remember, we always endeavour to keep disruptions to your business to an absolute minimum.
The project plan can be revised as many times as you like i.e. until you are completely satisfied that your IT provision will truly benefit your company.
Implementation
Once you are happy with the project plan, the support team will provide you with a timescale for implementation and when your company will be ‘ready’ for comprehensive IT support from XS-PRO.
