For example :- An issue has arisen and you have logged a ticket. XS-PRO reply back quoting you a total fix time of 30 minutes. This you agree to. The issue is fixed in the scheduled time. You post back a ticket informing XS-PRO that the issue has been solved and that you are satisfied. Only then are the credits deducted from your account, in this case .50 credits.
The remote dial in method used is completely secure, and entirely within your control. Once both parties have confirmed a schedule for the fix, a small application is downloaded by the user.

With XS-PRO's aim to fix every issue we come across, there of course will be very rare occasions where we cannot complete the issue. As we do not agree charging clients for unsuccessful fixes, we have introduced the No Fix / No Credit system.
Pricing – Absolutely simple
We currently charge just £35 per credit + VAT, we have no hidden costs, £35 per credit, for every credit, plain and simple.
You can purchase between 1 and 10 credits. We have limited the system to a maximum of 10 credits currently. You can however make multiple purchases if you so wish.
We accept the major bank cards - Mastercard, VISA and Maestro. The payment system we have in place is completely secure, we use a system called Protx for all online payments. You can find them here if you wish to have a look. Protx is a member of the widely known Sage Accounting Software Group.

How do I start?
Starting is the easy bit and you can start experiencing our ground breaking Pay-as-you-go System in under 5 minutes. You don't even have to purchase a single credit to register with us and have a look around.
First you have to "Register" and you can do so by clicking the Register link above. You will be presented with a simple form that you need to complete. You don't even have to worry if you make a mistake as the form will tell you if you have. Enter your e-mail and a suitable 8+ character password at the bottom, this is what you will use when you login. Next pick a colour that will be used alongside your communication with us in the ticket section. To experience the system fully it is highly recommended that you read the agreements before ticking the two agreement boxes. Click on Register at the bottom, job done.
You will now be logged into the PAYG Main Menu, and yes it is that quick. There is no waiting for a couple of days or click on a link in an e-mail and only then it will complete the registration, there is none of that. We at XS-PRO believe in efficiency and an automated system that leaves the bare minimum for you the user to do. In approx 2 minutes you have registered and logged in. Oh yes, you have also recieved an e-mail telling you that you have registered.
Congratulations, your in.
The Main Menu consists of 4 main sections, "Log a Support Ticket", "Existing Support Tickets", "Your Account" & "Manage Credit". We have designed the system to use plain english only and will be very easy for anybody to understand. After all we don't want you getting dumbfounded by technical lingo, that's our job.
As you are a new user and have no credits, the functionality is limited to "Issue a quote", "Purchase Credits" and "Edit your Account Details". You will have to purchase a minimum of 1 credit to log a "true" support ticket. But we have catered for the type of user that needs an element of trust before they purchase from a brand new system, with "Log a Quote", you can find this in the "Log a Ticket" section. Here you can tell us about the issue you have, wait for XS-PRO to respond (this will be within 1hr), we will tell you how long the issue will take to fix. With this method you can wait until you are perfectly satisfied that we are "The Real Deal" before you purchase your first credit/s.
